Afterpay is available for Australian customers only (sorry!) and honestly, please use as a last resort as the fees are huge. Credit card payment is the preferred method!
Apple Pay, PayPal and credit card are accepted from all over the world.

Due to tax laws introduced in 2021 thanks to Brexit, I can only ship to the UK or EU when the order is placed through Etsy, NOT this site. Your options are:
Make the order through my website and contact me after to arrange the Etsy listing and your refund from my website (this is recommended on release nights as otherwise the pieces you want may sell quickly) OR
Let me know via email which pieces you want; I’ll remove them from my website.
Either way, I’ll upload a custom listing for you on Etsy. They will charge you the extra tax (to give you an idea of it, it is approx $20AUD for a $100AUD order) and handle the legalities that I’m not equipped with on my website.
As a thank you for choosing to shop with me regardless of this hooplah, U.K. orders receive an extra free gift.

Sometimes issues happen, and I always aim to make things right! Don’t fret, we’ll figure out a solution.
If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact me via email and I will contact Aus Post to enquire. If it does get lost, I will offer a refund or similar replacements. The only time this is not applicable is if the parcel is marked as “delivered” by Aus Post. If this is the case, you will need to dispute that with Aus Post.
If your item(s) are damaged, please send photos via email or Instagram DM and we can sort out if you’d like a refund, replacement or fix.
All my parcels are sent with tracking. You will receive the tracking number when your order is marked as “fulfilled” so first port of call is to check that on the Aus Post website!
In the case of a defect in your piece or something you’re not thrilled with, let me know via email or Instagram DM and we can discuss how to best come to a solution. I want you to be 100% happy with your pieces!

Due to motherhood and my other job, I cannot guarantee I will be able to ship out orders every day,
Parcels will be shipped out between 1-5 business days of ordering.
Standard shipping times apply, I offer both standard (up to 2 weeks in Aus) and express shipping (up to 3 days in Aus).
-
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, I can refund you.
Change of mind returns are not accepted, nor are damages related to misuse or maltreatment- please see the Care section of this page for details of how to extend the longevity of your pieces.
All my pieces are handmade. This means there will be a degree of difference between pairs. This is the nature- and beauty!- of handmade pieces. Please be aware of this when purchasing. I only sell pieces I would be happy to pay for and wear myself- and I’m piiiiiicky!
Any pieces with imperfections that do not meet my standards for a typical product will be listed as Seconds and Samples at a reduced cost, and sales on these items will be final.
If you do regret a purchase, I can point you in the direction of some second hand buy swap sell earring pages on Facebook.

Most of my pieces are handmade with polymer clay, which is breakable if bent excessively, dropped too much, gets soaking wet too often or is handled roughly. Most pieces are quite robust, but any with small or thin bits are fragile and should be treated as such.
Keep clear of lotions, sprays etc. Store out of direct sunlight (wearing them in the sun is fine, I’m more concerned with keeping them on a tin in front of a window!) and don’t leave them loose in your handbag, please! Take good care of them and they’ll last well.
You can clean any marks with a damp cloth or baby wipe. Rubbing alcohol like Isocol can also be used gently and minimally- this is what I use to remove lint- but can rub off paint (like the gold on the bookshelves) if it is too concentrated or done too harshly.

My packaging is always recyclable, recycled and/or compostable. I do not individually wrap my earrings in plastic, you will only receive plastic if your earrings are delicate (like 3D gingerbread houses) and need to be protected more than usual.
Did that not answer your question?
Well, let’s fix that! Email me at erin@tweeandme.com or fill in that form there and I’ll get back to you!
